Delete your data

You can remove what mooncrib holds about you at any time. Here's how, depending on who you are.

If you use mooncrib for your business

• Remove one business: in mooncrib, open Sources and choose “Remove [your business] from mooncrib” at the bottom. This deletes its briefings, inbox, posts history, page and connections from mooncrib straight away.
• Disconnect Facebook or Instagram: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find mooncrib and remove it. mooncrib stops receiving anything from those accounts immediately.
• Delete your whole account: email hello@mooncrib.co from the address you sign in with, and we delete your account and everything linked to it within 30 days. We'll confirm by email when it's done.

If you're a customer of a business that uses mooncrib

When you review, comment on or message a business that uses mooncrib, the business sees it in mooncrib as well as on the platform. To have it removed from mooncrib, delete it on the platform (mooncrib follows the platform), or email hello@mooncrib.co with the business's name and what you wrote, and we'll remove it within 30 days.

What we keep

We keep billing records the law requires us to keep (invoices are held by our payment provider, Dodo Payments). Everything else is deleted.
